Warranty and Returns

Twisted Root Design offers a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. All components to a product are warranted for one year from date of purchase. We take pride in the high quality of our products, and are dedicated to providing top class customer service to all our Twisted family members. If you have a problem, we promise to make it right!

Please note that our warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, elemental or abusive damage. 

To be eligible for a return, you must present proof of purchase through a Twisted Root Design authorized dealer.

Gift cards are considered non-returnable items. 

Returns and Exchanges

First step for filing for a return or exchange is to contact us at customerservice@twistedrootdesign.com

  • Including photos of your defect is much appreciated and will expedite the exchange process.

We will then send an email responding directly to your specific situation.

Please note for exchanges you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

TRD will only refund product that has been purchased directly through our official website: www.twistedrootdesign.com. Product must be returned unused w/n 30 days of original purchase. Returned product, once evaluated, will be refunded for the original amount less shipping costs. To begin processing a refund please contact us at customerservice@twistedrootdesign.com

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
